The Japanese based automaker Lexus has recently released the first promotional video with the all-new 2013 ES model.
After being officially presented to the public earlier this month, during the 2012 New York Auto Show, the new Lexus ES is once again placed into the spotlights, this time with the car manufacturer releasing the first official video with the model. The 2013 Lexus ES has a spindle grille, LED infused headlights, dual exhaust system for the ES 350 and a hidden exhaust on the 300h. The model is riding on 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in low-resistance tires. The cabin has been equipped with an analog clock, wood trim, metallic accents, the second generation Remote Touch Interface to control the infotainment system, leather or semi-analine leather seats, Mark Levinson audio system and a blind spot monitor with rear cross traffic alert.
The 2013 Lexus ES 350 is powered by a 3.5 liter V6 engine and the 300h by a 2.5 liter four-cylinder hybridized unit, which is able to return an average fuel economy of 40 mpg US. The 2013 Lexus ES will go on sale in the United States later this year, but its performance specifications haven’t been announced just yet. Don’t be surprised if they turn out to be similar to the Toyota Camry.
