Lexus has recently released the very first presentation video of the updated LF-LC Opal Blue Concept, ahead of the model’s debut at the 2012 Australian International Motor Show.
The Japanese based automaker Lexus is placing the LF-LC Concept into the spotlights once again and after it was officially presented to the public earlier this year during the 2012 North American International Motor Show (NAIAS) in Detroit, the company has updated it with a new color and new upholstery. Lexus says that the color is being inspired by the blue opal found in the Australian outback.
The Lexus LF-LC Concept is powered by a 5.0 liter V8 engine, which is helped on the way by two electric motors and a Ni-MH battery pack, producing a total output of 438 HP (444 PS / 327 kW). The model can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 5.5 seconds and it can reach a top speed of 208 km/h. Additional details on the Lexus LF-LC Opal Blue Concept are limited for the moment but they will be announced later on this month during the 2012 Australian Motor Show in Sydney.
