The famous American TV host, car collector and petrol head Jay Leno has recently went for a spin with an exclusive model, the Lexus LFA Spyder.
Jay Leno is starting with the boring part in the video posted below and he’s giving us a behind the scenes tour of the LFA production, before getting the good stuff. After taking a tour of the factory, Jay Leno goes to the Fuji Speedway, where the Lexus LFA Spyder is waiting for him. The Japanese supercar is said to be “only one in the world and the only one they will build”, according to Jay Leno.
The Lexus LFA Spyder is similar to the regular LFA and the model is still a two-seat exotic sports car. The Japanese vehicle is 4,505 mm long, 1,895 mm wide and 1,220 mm high, with a wheelbase of 2,605 mm and a total weight of 1,480-1,580 kg (3,263-3,483 lb). The Lexus LFA Spyder is still getting the same 4.8 liter V10 engine under its hood, which is producing a total output of 553 HP (560 PS / 412 kW) and it has a peak torque of 480 Nm (354 lb-ft).
