The sound made by the recently unveiled McLaren 675LT has been captured on camera recently, for the first time ever, since it official presentation a couple of weeks ago, in Switzerland.
The newest addition to the McLaren supercar lineup is called the 675LT and this has been officially presented to the public during the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, earlier this month. But after seeing it at the automotive event and then parked in the city, we have to mention that no one has been able to record its exhaust note, until now that is. The clip posted below is showing the supercar leaving the Geneva Motor Show stand and we have to admit that this sounds different and quite good. The McLaren 675LT is a reminder of the 1997 McLaren F1 GTR Long Tail (LT) and it has exterior colors such as the Delta Red, Chicane Grey, Silica White or Napier Green, along with a new touch screen infotainment incorporating the air conditioning controls, the 675LT logo on the rev counter, carbon fiber shelled bucket seats and so on. Alcantara is also found in the cabin and power is being provided by the 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine, which is found across the range, producing a total of 675 HP, in this case, with a peak torque of 700 Nm, 25 HP and 22 Nm more than what the 650S has to offer. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration takes 2.9 seconds and top speed is 330 km/h (205 mph).
