The United Kingdom-based tuning house is specialized in working with the products from the Blue Oval and have now decided to reveal the beefier Fiesta M-Sport Edition.
M-Sport did not handle all the research and development on this one, generic instead collaborating with Permashine, delivering an even hotter supermini that has been equipped with the Mountune MP215 upgrade kit for the 1.6-liter EcoBoost engine to pack 215 PS (158 kW) and 320 Nm (236 lb-ft). The engine retains its factory warranty and has been mated to the Ford IB6 gearbox and a Quaife ATB limited slip differential. Power is sent to the front wheels, which are wrapped in 17-inch OZ Superturismo alloys sporting a matte graphite finish. We also see on the outside the glossy black rear spoiler and custom decals taking inspiration from the Fiesta RS WRC M-Sport World Rally Team livery. Optionally available is the Handling Pack that comes with Eibach Pro springs and Bilstein inverted mono tube struts and safety is handled by the extra 332-mm brake discs with Alcon calipers and Goodridge braided brake hoses.
The full retail package also includes the M-Sport cold air induction system that uses a Pipercross high flow foam filter as well as the bespoke exhaust with a rear silencer developed by Chris Tullett Exhausts. We have not seen any pics with the interior yet but the company says the Fiesta M-Sport Edition comes nicely fitted with a custom steering wheel in Nappa leather with Alcantara, numerous M-Sport logos and a carbon fiber gearbox switch insert.
