The British based automaker McLaren has recently released a new video with the 12C Spider, showing the supercar going down a snowy slope against snowboarder Chanelle Sladics.
After we have seen the images with the McLaren 12C Spider playing in the snow just a few days ago, the British supercar is ending up in our news once again, this time with the carmaker releasing a new video with it. The footage posted below is showing Rhys Millen and snowboarder Chanelle Sladics having some fun in the McLaren 12C Spider and a “mini” duo race. The video was filmed at Loveland Pass.
As a quick reminder, the McLaren 12C Spider is powered by the same 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine as the Coupe, which is generating 625 PS, mated to a seven-speed SSG dual clutch transmission, sending power to the rear-wheel drive. The McLaren 12C Spider can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.1 seconds and the quarter mile is done in 10.8 seconds. The average fuel consumption stands at 11.7 L / 100 km and the CO2 emissions stop at 270 g/km.
