The British based automaker McLaren has recently released the first clip with the recently unveiled 625C, in which the model is shown in action on the streets.
After being officially unveiled just a week ago, for the very first time, the McLaren 625C is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a new clip, which is also the first one with the supercar in question. The McLaren 625C has been based, of course, on the 650S, and it is available in both Coupe and Spider forms. The model in question will go on sale exclusively in several markets in Asia where the drop in power should be translated into a cheaper price and cheaper taxes too.
The McLaren 625C (Club) is taking its power from the same 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 engine, which is now producing a total output of 625 HP (460 kW), just like its name is suggesting, at 7,250 rpm, and it has a peak torque of 610 Nm (450 lb-ft), available between 3,000 rpm and 7,000 rpm. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint takes 3.1 seconds, making it 0.1 seconds slower than the 650S. The 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) acceleration is made in 0.4 seconds more, to a total of 8.8 seconds. Top speed has remained the same, 333 km/h (207 mph).
