The McLaren 650S has been officially presented to the public during the 2014 Geneva Motor Show, a few weeks ago, along with its convertible version, the 650S Spider.
The new supercar has a front fascia similar to the one found on the P1 hybrid supercar and its rear end looks like the one of the MP4-12C. McLaren says that the 650S is producing 24 percent more downforce than the MP4-12C at 150 mph. Power is being provided by a twin turbo 3.8 liter V8 engine, which is also found on the MP4-12C and on the P1, but with different output. Speaking of the output, the unit found on the 650S is good for 651 HP (478 kW) and 678 Nm (500 lb-ft) of torque. Top speed stands at almost 330 km/h.
