[VIDEO] McLaren MP4-12C is 5 sec. faster on the Nurburgring than the Ferrari 458 Italia

The British based automaker McLaren has recently released an official video of its MP4-12C racing on the Nurburgring, where its newest supercar managed to be five seconds faster than the Ferrari 458 Italia, with a total time of just 7 minutes and 28 seconds.

Those of you who afford paying a few hundred thousand euros on a supercar and feel that the Ferrari 458 Italia is not the thing for you now have another alternative to the Italian vehicle, in the shape of the McLaren MP4-12C, and as a tip, if you equip it with Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires and place test driver Rudi Adams behind the wheel than it will be faster than the Ferrari.

As a reminder, the McLaren MP4-12C is powered by a mid-mounted twin-turbo V8 engine which is developing a total output of 592 BHP and has a peak torque of 601 Nm, mated to a seven-speed Seamless Shift dual-clutch transmission.
