[VIDEO] McLaren P1 driven by Autocar

Steve Sutcliffe from Autocar has recently taken the impressive McLaren P1 for a quick spin on the track and his impressions can be seen in the video posted below.

The McLaren P1 is being test driven once again, this time by Autocar’s Steve Sutcliffe, who has taken the impressive British hybrid supercar to the track, where it was unleashed. If you’re one of the lucky few who have ordered such a vehicle, or a simple fan who wants to find out more about it, then you have come to the right place, because all you have to do is scroll down and click play.

The McLaren P1 has been unveiled, in its final production form, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. The model in question is being offered in a two-door coupe body style and it has a 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 petrol engine under its hood, backed up by an electric motor. The total output produced by the assembly stands at 903 HP and 978 Nm (722 lb-ft) of torque, which are being sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual clutch transmission. The P1 can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds and it has a top speed limited to 350 km/h (217 mph).
