The McLaren P1 is being test driven once again, this time by Autocar’s Steve Sutcliffe, who has taken the impressive British hybrid supercar to the track, where it was unleashed. The McLaren P1 has been unveiled, in its final production form, during the 2013 Geneva Motor Show. The model in question is being offered in a two-door coupe body style and it has a 3.8 liter twin turbo V8 petrol engine under its hood, backed up by an electric motor. The total output produced by the assembly stands at 903 HP and 978 Nm (722 lb-ft) of torque, which are being sent to the rear wheels through a seven-speed dual clutch transmission. The P1 can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.8 seconds and it has a top speed limited to 350 km/h (217 mph).
