A video find showing Stephan’s Winkelmann’s Lamborghini Aventador Roadster live in Geneva made us want to share it.
When talking about supercars, the Italian based automaker’s CEO Stephan Winkelmann knows its way, and when you’re in charge of one of the most impressive car companies out there, than you should drive a model made under your close watch. And Winkelmann is doing just this, choosing the brand new Lamborghini Aventador Roadster, which was also brought to the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, where the video posted below is presenting it.
As a quick reminder, the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster is coming with the same engine as its brother, the 6.5 liter V12, which is producing exactly the same output as the one in the Coupe, 690 HP. The engine is mated to a seven-speed automated transmission which is allowing the Lamborghini Aventador Roadster to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 3 seconds, (2.9 in the Coupe) before it can reach its top speed of 217 mph. The Lamborghini Aventador Roadster had a starting price set at 381,000 USD. You can check out Winkelmann’s Lamborghini Aventador Roadster in the video posted below.
