Mercedes has released a new teaser video with the upcoming C63 AMG Coupe.
After officially pulling the wraps off the new generation of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class Coupe, just a few hours back, the German based automaker has placed the range-topping version into the spotlights once again. The Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe is now getting yet another teaser video which is showing a camouflaged prototype in action on the track, shredding its tires, so if you are waiting for its public debut, you should know that this is the most interesting teaser video of it so far.
The brand new Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe will be officially unveiled, over the web, next Wednesday, and it will be the newest addition to the AMG family. The model in question will be taking on the BMW M4 Coupe and the Cadillac ATS-V Coupe, amongst others, getting a more aggressive and aerodynamic body kit, upgraded brakes, an improved suspension system and some tweaks made to the cabin. The most important part of the performance two-door vehicle will be found under its hood where the same engine as the one of the sedan will be found. This basically means that power will be provided by a 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 engine, capable of producing a total of 503 HP (375 kW) and 698 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque. From 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph), the model will need approximately 3.8 seconds. The public debut of the car will be made at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, this September.
