Mercedes has released yet another teaser video with the upcoming C63 AMG Coupe, which is believed to be officially unveiled over the next few weeks.
The Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe, the direct rival of the BMW M4 Coupe, of the upcoming Audi RS5 Coupe and the Cadillac ATS-V Coupe, is ending up in our news once again, this time with the help of yet another video. The clip posted below is nothing more than a simple teaser which isn’t revealing that much on the upcoming performance two-door midsized car and it is aimed towards focusing our attention on it and its official unveil, believed to be made over the next few weeks.
The upcoming Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe will be making use of a 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 engine, the same one used on its four-door brother, the C63 AMG Sedan, and also on the AMG GT sports car. It will be offered in two versions too, the AMG C63 Coupe, with 469 HP (349 kW) and 648 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque, able to reach 100 km/h (62 mph) in approximately 4 seconds, and in the bolder AMG C63 Coupe S, bringing 503 HP (375 kW) and 698 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque. Top speed of the performance vehicle will most likely be electronically limited to 250 km/h (155 mph). Mercedes-Benz will be officially presenting the new AMG C63 Coupe at the upcoming 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show, which will be opening its gates this September.
