Mercedes-Benz has released another presentation video for the brand new A45 AMG, showing the world’s most powerful hot hatch from just about every angle possible.
After it was officially unveiled not too long ago, and announced for the 2013 Geneva Motor Show, the brand new Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the German based automaker releasing a new presentation video for the model. The 2014 Mercedes-Benz A45 AMG can get the Night Package, the AMG Exhaust System, the AMG Performance System, the Aerodynamic Package and the Exclusive Package, amongst others.
The most important part of the model is found under its hood, where the 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine can be found. The unit is producing a total output of 360 HP (265 kW) at 6,000 rpm and it has a peak torque of 450 Nm (332 lb-ft), available between 2,250 and 5,000 rpm, mated to an AMG Speed Shift DCT seven-speed sports transmission, sending power to the all-wheel drive system. The A45 AMG can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.6 seconds before reaching an electronic limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). The model will arrive in dealerships across the Old Continent in mid-July.
