Mercedes-Benz has released a new teaser video with the upcoming AMG GT, in which the engine sound of the sports car is being partially revealed.
The German based automaker Mercedes-Benz is placing the upcoming AMG GT into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a new teaser video, which has been recently released. The clip posted below is focusing more on sound as the engine noise of the future sports car is being partially revealed. The Mercedes-Benz AMG GT will be replacing the current SLS AMG but this will be smaller, lighter, less powerful and cheaper than the supercar. Rumors are saying that it will be powered by a 4.0 liter V8 engine which, in the entry-level version, will produce approximately 480 HP (358 kW). In the mid-range, this will get 520 HP (387 kW) and in the Black Series top of the line will have 580 HP. The AMG GT is said to be unveiled in October, during the 2014 Paris Motor Show.
