A new promotional video with the upcoming Mercedes-Benz AMG GT has been recently released by the German based automaker, which is showing the model in question in action.
In case you have missed out on the Mercedes-Benz AMG GT, you will be glad to know that the German based automaker has released yet a new promotional video with the upcoming model, which should be unveiled online sometimes next month. In the newest clip posted below, we can see Tobias Moers, the AMG CEO, talk about the performance of the new sports car and the AMG boss of Engine and Powertrain Engineering, Christian Enderle, talk about its similar go-kart experience.
As a small reminder, the Mercedes-Benz AMG GT will be replacing the SLS AMG and the new model will be smaller, less powerful and cheaper than the supercar. Power will be provided by the newly unveiled 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 engine, which is capable of producing a total output of 510 HP (375 kW) and a peak torque of 650 Nm (479 lb-ft). The Mercedes-Benz AMG GT will be unveiled next month but it will be making its public debut in October, during the 2014 Paris Motor Show. More details on it remain unknown for the moment.
