The upcoming Mercedes-Benz AMG GT has been recently caught on camera, barely disguised, in its homeland, near Stuttgart.
The German based automaker Mercedes-Benz has already offered a preview of the brand new AMG GT, just a few days ago, and now the model in question is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a spy video. The clip posted below is more like a collage of images but it is showing us the upcoming sports car which has been caught on camera, near Stuttgart, in the district of Boblingen, barely disguised.
The Mercedes-Benz AMG GT will replace the SLS AMG but this won’t be a direct successor, but a simple sports car, developed by Mercedes-AMG, independently. Rumors are saying that the model in question will be powered by a 4.0 liter twin turbo V8 engine, which is producing a total output of 520 HP (387 kW), but the lower-spec version of the vehicle will be good for 480 HP (358 kW). The top of the line Black Series will be coming with an impressive 580 HP (432 kW). The Mercedes-Benz AMG GT is said to be making its public debut during the 2014 Paris Motor Show, this October.
