The all-new Mercedes-Benz CLA has been recently caught testing on public roads with some heavy camouflage on its body which should protect its lines from curious eyes and cameras.
The Mercedes-Benz CLA has started its life in late 2011 as a simple rumor but since then the model has evolved and it has even been confirmed for production by the German based automaker. The Mercedes-Benz CLA is entering our news once again, this time with the car being caught testing on public roads and, judging by its license plate, we can say that the video posted below has been “shot” in Hungary, on a highway.
The Mercedes-Benz CLA is basically a smaller version of the Mercedes-Benz CLS and it’s based on the new generation of the A-Class. The model in question is expected to get the same engine lineup as the new A-Class generation and this will also include the hot AMG version, which might come with a 2.0 ltier turbo engine producing 340 HP. The Mercedes-Benz CLA is expected to be officially presented to the public later on this month during the 2012 Paris Motor Show and eventually go on sale next year as a 2014 model year. Rumors are saying that the CLA will be produced in Hungary and Germany.
