Mercedes-Benz has recently released a new promotional video with the GL63 AMG crossover, revealing some interesting driving footage and facts of the model.
After it was officially presented to the public earlier this year, the new Mercedes-Benz GL63 AMG is once again being placed into the spotlights, this time with the German based automaker releasing a new promotional video with the model. The car manufacturer is saying that the all-new Mercedes-Benz GL63 AMG will also arrive over-seas in the first quarter of 2013, right after the powerful crossover will make its way into the European dealers this November.
According to the car company, the 2013 Mercedes-Benz GL63 AMG is powered by the 5.5 liter bi turbo engine, which is producing a total output of 550 horsepower, with a peak torque of 760 Nm (560 lb-ft), sent to the permanent all-wheel drive system through an AMG Speedshift seven-speed automatic transmission. Mercedes-Benz says that the GL63 AMG can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds, before reaching an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h. The Mercedes-Benz GL63 AMG is distinguished by the quad exhaust at the rear and by the larger air intakes from the front fascia. More details on the 2013 Mercedes-Benz GL63 AMG will be announced later on this year, close to the vehicle’s launch.
