Mercedes-Benz has recently released a new video with the GLA Concept, the newest crossover in the company’s lineup.
After it was officially presented to the public not too long ago, during the 2013 Shanghai Motor Show, in a world premiere, the new Mercedes-Benz GLA Concept is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker releasing a new video with the model. The Mercedes-Benz GLA Concept is offering a first preview into a production car, which will rival the Audi Q3 and the BMW X1, and its final version is expected to be officially unveiled later on this year, probably during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, in September.
The Mercedes-Benz GLA Concept is getting a twin-pipe exhaust system, a large roof spoiler, leather and aluminum trim in the cabin, multi-layer layout for the instrument panel, individual seats and more. Power to the model is being provided by a 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine, borrowed from the A-Class, which is producing a total output of 211 HP (155 kW). The unit is mated to a 7G-DCT dual clutch automatic transmission, which is sending power to the 4MATIC all-wheel drive system. Additional details on the model are limited for the moment.
