[VIDEO] Mercedes-Benz GLC63 AMG prototype caught on the open road image

A prototype version of the upcoming Mercedes-Benz GLC63 AMG has been recently caught on camera while it was being tested out on public roads in its homeland.

The brand new Mercedes-Benz GLC is already in development and the first test mules have been caught on camera by spy photographers while being tested out. The newest model to be “starring” in a video is the range topping version GLC63 AMG. The vehicle has been spotted while being tested on the streets of Germany where thanks to its camouflaged body it managed to attract quite a lot of curious eyes.

The Mercedes-Benz GLC63 AMG will be the top of the line version and rumor has it that it will be using the same unit as the brand new AMG GT, the 4.0 liter V8, but unlike the sports car, the one fitted into the performance crossover will be slightly less powerful. In case you have no clue on what a GLC is, we will remind you that this is the new name for the GLK. The new generation of the model is expected to be introduced sometimes in 2015, as a 2016 model year. More details on it are limited for the moment.
