Mercedes-Benz has recently released a new presentation video with the all-new SLS AMG Black Series, revealing the model in action.
After it was officially unveiled just a few weeks ago, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series is being placed into the spotlight once again, this time with the German based automaker releasing a new promotional video with the supercar. The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series has been inspired by the racing version of the model and the supercar can be differentiated by the standard version by its darkened headlights and taillamps and by other minor tweaks to the body. The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series will enter production in mid-2013.
The most powerful version of the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series yet is powered by the same 6.2 liter V8 engine, which is now producing a total output of 622 HP (464 kW) and 634 Nm of torque (468 lb-ft), achieved thanks to the new air intake, cam shafts, improved oil and water cooling and to some other tweaks. Mercedes-Benz says that the SLS AMG Black Series can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 315 km/h (196 mph). The supercar is burning 13.7 liters of fuel every 100 km and it’s emitting 321 g/km of CO2. You can watch the latest video with the supercar below. Enjoy!
