[VIDEO] Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series spied on the Nurburgring
The most powerful model in Mercedes-Benz’s lineup, the SLS AMG Black Series, has been recently spied while it was being tested on the Nurburgring.
After it was caught on camera a few times until now, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series is being placed into the spotlights one more time, with the help of a new spy video made on the Nurburgring, which is also “revealing” the exhaust sound of the supercar. The German vehicle will hit the market in an even faster version and this will get Black Series badging all over its body.
The car manufacturer didn’t announce anything on the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series for the moment but that doesn’t mean that the supercar won’t hit the market and in order to make sure that everything is going as planned and the model will improve its performance compared to the regular SLS, the prototype has been caught testing on the famous German track, the Nurburgring.
As we said above, no official details on the model have been announced yet but the only new version confirmed until now, the SLS AMG GT, will get a reprogrammed ECU and the total output developed by the 6.2 liter V8 AMG engine will increase by 20 HP to a total of 591 HP, which will allow the model to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds. The SLS AMG Black Series is expected to be priced somewhere at 250,000 euros.
Hyundai will invest £4.7 million to build a new R&D center at the Nurburgring.
Hyundai, besides other automakers, will use the track to test durability on all its new vehicles. Each new Hyundai model will be tested on 180,000 km, including 10,000 km or 480 laps to be done on the Nürburgring. ...
