The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG police car has been recently spotted at the Dubai Mall, where the agent was driving it in style.
If you think that in Dubai only rich or very lucky people get to drive a supercar, think again, because the police department in the city has received a Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG. The German supercar in question is being used as a police car and the video posted below is showing it patrolling the streets near the Dubai Mall. Keep in mind that the Dubai Police Department also has a Lamborghini Aventador, a Ferrari FF, an Aston Martin One-77, a Bentley Continental GT and a Chevrolet Camaro, amongst others.
As a quick reminder, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG is a front mid-engined, rear-wheel drive two-seat luxury grand tourer, produced by Mercedes AMG. The model has been in production ever since January 2010, as a 2011 model year, and it’s being assembled in Sindelfingen, Germany. The SLS AMG is replacing the impressive SLR McLaren and it’s getting two body styles, two-door coupe, with gullwing doors, and two-door roadster, with a soft top convertible. The vehicle has been unveiled during the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show.
