The new and sensational Pagani Huayra supercar has been tested lately by the Americans at MotorTrend, proving once again that the vision of a single man, Horatio Pagani, can come to life in an unique way with extremely high attention to details.
“This isn’t just another V12 powered Italian hypercar. It’s a rolling work of art. A 730 horsepower, 230 mph masterpiece, that almost makes a Bugatti Veyron look just another car”, as MotorTrend says.
The Italian supercar was inspired by the idea of a road-going jet and its power is more than enough to prove that. We won’t even say anything about its exterior looks, which seem to be so revolutionary that the only thing we can think of is the Lamborghini Diablo which was found in every boy’s room, placed on the door.
The Pagani Huayra takes its power from a Mercedes-AMG V12 twin-turbo engine which is delivering 730 HP and 1.000 Nm of torque (740 lb-ft). The Huayra’s top speed is 370 km/h (230 mph) and it can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in less than 3.5 seconds.
