The new generation of the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray has received its first promotional video which is showing the model from just about every angle possible.
After it was officially presented to the public during the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in a premiere, the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the car manufacturer releasing the first presentation video of the model. The 2014 Corvette Stingray is getting front fender vents, a ventilated hood, a removable roof, Camaro-like taillights, HID headlights with LEDs, a prominent rear spoiler, premium leather upholstery, aluminum trim and more.
Power to the sports car is being provided by a 6.2 liter LT1 V8 engine, with CVVT (continuously variable valve timing) and direct injection, which is producing a total output of 450 BHP (336 kW) and it has a peak torque of 609 Nm (450 lb-ft). The model will be able to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in less than 4 seconds and return 26+ on the highway.
