The first promotional video of the new Dacia Sandero generation has been released by the Romanian based automaker.
The new generation of the Dacia Sandero hatchback is being presented, just like the 2013 Logan sedan, as the ideal car for small families and its “goodies”, such as the rear-parking sensors or the MEDIA NAV system are being highlighted. Just as the 2013 Logan, the Dacia Sandero is available with a choice of four engines ranging from 75 to 90 HP, including the new 0.9 liter TCe three-cylinder turbocharged unit, with 90 HP at 5,250 rpm and 135 Nm of torque available from 1,650 rpm (90 percent).
The other choice for gasoline enthusiasts includes the 1.2L 16V three-cylinder with its 75 HP, which is burning an as low as 5.9 liters of fuel every 100 km and it’s emitting 137 g/km of CO2. Diesel lovers can choose the 1.5 dCi unit in two power versions, with 75 HP And 90 HP, and the torque is raised by 20 Nm on each to 200 Nm and 220 Nm. Both version average fuel consumption stands at 3.8 L/100 km and the CO2 emissions stop at just 99 g/km. No details on the price list of the new Sandero hatchback have been announced either.
