The upcoming range topper Ford Focus RS has been caught on camera while it was being spied once again, in action, on the famous German track, the Nurburgring.
Hot hatch enthusiasts will soon be able to purchase one of the best ones available, the Ford Focus RS, as the North American based automaker is currently working out on such a model. The clip posted below has been shot on the Nurburgring and it is showing the impressive ride in action, suggesting that its development hasn’t taken a break over these past few months and that is more advanced than ever, suggesting that we might see it earlier than expected.
The new generation of the Ford Focus RS is believed to be hitting the market sometimes in 2016, one year before the replacement of the regular version will be making its debut. Power to the model is believed to stand at an impressive 330 HP (243 kW), which will make it 30 HP (22 kW) more powerful than the previous version. The model will also be lighter and it will be maintaining its front-wheel drive. Power will be sent to the wheels through a 6-speed manual transmission. Prices for the model should start at 34,000 euros.
