The Brits form Auto Express have recently went for a spin in the new generation of the Nissan Qashqai, and their conclusions can be seen in the video posted below.
A couple of months after its official unveil, we finally get to see a test drive with the new generation of the Nissan Qashqai. The model in question has received a completely new exterior design, an active grille shutter, LED infused headlights, a tailgate mounted spoiler, metallic accents in the cabin, the zero-gravity seats, gloss black trim, 7-inch touch screen display for the NissanConnect infotainment system, internet connectivity and some other goodies.
As far as the engine lineup goes, the 2014 Nissan Qashqai will be coming with two petrol burners and with two diesels and the cheapest version will be offered with a 1.2 liter DIG-T, producing 115 HP (85 kW) and 190 Nm (140 lb-ft) of torque. This will be followed by the 150 HP (110 kW) and 240 Nm (177 lb-ft) of torque 1.6 liter DIG-T. The 1.5 liter dCi diesel with 110 HP (81 kW) will be the cheapest one available and it will be followed by the 1.6 liter dCi, producing 130 HP (96 kW).
