The French based automaker Peugeot has recently released a brand new video with the impressive 208 T16 Pikes Peak racer.
After it was officially unveiled just a couple of months ago, the Peugeot 208 Pikes Peak is ending up in our news once again, this time with the company releasing a new video with it. The footage posted below is showing the Peugeot 208 T16 Pikes Peak while it was being assembled and what you can see at the end of the video is the actual racing car which will be used in during the famous Pikes Peak Hill Climb, in Colorado, United States, on the 30th of June.
As a quick reminder, the Peugeot 208 T16 Pikes Peak is powered by a 3.2 liter twin-turbo V6 engine, which is good for 875 HP (652 kW), mated to a six-speed sequential transmission with steering wheel paddle shifters. The Peugeot 208 T16 Pikes Peak can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in an impressive 1.8 seconds, from 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) in 4.8 seconds and from 0 to 240 km/h (149 mph) in just 7 seconds. The model has large magnesium alloy wheels, a double wishbone suspension, hydraulic double circuit brakes, a tubular steel frame and a 40-liter fuel tank capacity, amongst others.
