The new generation of the Porsche 911 Carrera 4 and Carrera 4S is being presented in a short video released by the German based automaker.
After it was officially revealed not too long ago, the fifth generation of the Porsche 911 Carrera 4 is being placed into the spotlights once more, this time with the help of an official video, where a Porsche factory driver named Patrick Long is presenting the new model.
The 2013 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 will be available in two body styles, Coupe and Convertible, and, the only way of differentiating the 911 with all-wheel drive and a regular one is the rear logo and the illuminated red light strip. Just like the rear-wheel drive Porsches, the new Carrera is getting two oval exhausts while the more powerful Carrera 4S is coming with four round tailpipes.
Because there aren’t any official details on the model just yet, rumors are saying that the new Carrera 4 and Carrera 4S will be heavier than the rear-wheel drive versions. The engines should remain identical which means that the Carrera 4 will get the 3.4 liter unit with 350 HP and the Carrera 4S will use the larger 3.8 unit with 400 HP. The two models will be officially presented to the public next month, during the Paris Motor Show.
