The French based automaker Renault has recently released new official videos with the 2014 Clio RS, revealing the hot hatch in action.
After it was officially presented to the public a few months ago, in a premiere, during the 2012 Paris Motor Show, the new generation of the Renault Clio RS is ending up in our news once more, this time with the help of a couple official videos. The footage posted below is showing the 2014 Clio RS 200 EDC in action and from just about every angle possible, so if you’re looking into a B-segment hot hatch, you should definitely check out the new Clio RS.
As a quick reminder, the 2014 Renault Clio RS 200 EDC is powered by a 1.6 liter turbocharged engine, which is replacing the old 2.0 liter naturally aspirated unit. The engine is generating a total output of 197
HP (200 PS) and 240 Nm of torque (177 lb-ft), mated to a six-speed dual clutch transmission with paddle shifters. Average fuel consumption in the new Clio stands at 6.3 liters / 100 km (37.3 mpg US). Prices for the new hot hatch, in France, start at 24,990 euros.
