Two of the most interesting supercars of 2013, the Nissan GT-R Track edition and the Audi R8 V10 Plus, have been recently compared by the guys at Motor Trend.

As a quick reminder, the Nissan GT-R Track Edition is powered by the same 3.8 liter twin turbo V6 engine, which is producing a total output of 545 HP (406 kW) and it has a peak torque of 627 Nm (463 lb-ft), mated to a six-speed dual clutch transmission. On the other hand, the Audi R8 V10 Plus is the fastest production car made by the German based company. The model in question is a lighter and more powerful version of the regular Audi R8 V10. Power is still being provided by the same 5.2 liter FSI V10 engine, which is now producing a total output of 550 HP (404 kW) and 540 Nm of torque (398 lb-ft).
