The new top of the line version of the Opel Corsa, the OPC, has been recently spotted out on the famous German track, the Nurburgring, where it was being tested out.
The German based automaker Opel is currently testing out a new version of the Corsa, which will the range topper, the Corsa OPC. The development of the model is apparently more advanced than officially believed as this has been caught on camera several times until now and the newest clip is showing the small B-segment hot hatch on the “Green Hell”.
The test mule is wearing some camouflage on its front fascia, on the rear end and on the lower sides, suggesting that the company is trying to hide an aerodynamic body kit. The model will be coming with a sportier front fascia with a modified rear end, with larger side skirts, larger exhaust pipes and bigger wheels, in new designs. Under the hood, the Opel Corsa OPC is getting ready to receive a 1.6 liter petrol turbo engine, which should be producing more than 200 HP. More details on the 2015 Opel Corsa OPC are limited for the moment and will be announced, at the 2014 Essen Motor Show, this December, where it is expected to be unveiled.
