Opel has recently announced its plans to introduce the brand new Monza Concept to the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, in September.
After it was officially teased just a day before writing this article, the brand new Opel Monza Concept is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker announcing the model’s official debut, scheduled for this September, during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
“The ground-breaking Opel Monza Concept will make its world premiere at the Frankfurt Motor Show from September 12 – 22 (Press Days September 10 and 11), but today Opel CEO Dr. Karl-Thomas Neumann gives a first glimpse of this exciting study”, as the automaker is saying in its official press release.
The Opel Monza Concept might represent the first step into resurrecting the Calibra or / and the Monza nameplates and the model is coming with a low stance, a sculpted hood, a new front grille and big alloy wheels, amongst others. The model will probably hit the production line over the following years. Additional details on the Opel Monza Concept are limited for the moment and will be announced during the Frankfurt Motor Show, in a couple of months.
