The Swedish based automaker Volvo has recently released a first teaser video with the final production version of the S60, which will make its way onto the Australian market.
After it was officially presented to the public back in June 2012, in a concept form, the Volvo S60 Polestar is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time in its final production version. The model is being partially shown in a new video released by the carmaker and, according to the company, the S60 Polestar will be launched in Australia, in the nearby future.
The final production version of the Volvo S60 Polestar is coming with an aggressive front bumper, with the Polestar badging on the grille and it’s based on the pre-facelift S60. Additional details on the model remain unknown for the moment but as a quick reminder, the Polestar S60 Concept was powered by a six-cylinder engine, equipped with an upgraded air intake, with new cylinder heads, with a Garret 3171 turbocharger and with a Ferrita stainless steel exhaust system, which is producing a total output of 508 BHP (379 kW) and 424 lb-ft of torque (575 Nm). The model could accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 300 km/h (186 mph).
