The German based automaker Porsche has recently launched the all-new 911 (991) in Russia, using a catwalk and some older generations of the sports car for the occasion.
Even if the new generation of the Porsche 911 has been recently launched in Russia, the car manufacturer didn’t announce its starting price there yet, but one thing is for sure, the sports car will still be offered in the “classic” Carrera and Carrera S versions. As a small reminder, the 2012 Porsche 911 Carrera is powered by a 3.4 liter boxer engine, which is developing a total output of 350 horsepower, allowing the model to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds, before hitting a top speed of 179 mph.
The more powerful Porsche 911 Carrera S is powered by a 3.8 liter boxer engine, which is developing a total output of 400 horsepower, giving the sports car a 0 to 60 mph acceleration time of just 3.9 seconds with the PDK and Launch Control. The Carrera S can accelerate up to 188 mph and all versions of the new 911 come with the automatic start/stop, engine transmission and thermal management, electrical system recuperation and electro-mechanical power steering, helping improve the fuel efficiency.
