The German supercar maker, Porsche, has released the first Porsche 911 Carrera GTS video which includes various views of the car taken at its Paris auto show premiere, together with a number of country side dynamic scenes.
Bracketed by the Carrera S and 911 GT3, the beefed up GTS is defined by more power, a wider body and extensive standard equipment.
A new special resonance intake manifold features six vacuum-controlled tuning flaps that switch between power and torque-optimizing geometry to maximize engine output. A standard Carrera S features just one tuning flap. The 3.8-liter’s 310 lb-ft. of torque output is unchanged, although the torque peak is 200 rpm lower at 4,200 rpm.
