A video with the Porsche 911 GT3 is showing the model’s launch control in action and it’s also revealing the 0 to 200 km/h acceleration.
The brand new Porsche 911 GT3 is probably one of the most interesting 911 sports cars ever and after being officially unveiled just a few months ago, and then brought to the recent Goodwood Festival of Speed, the model is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time by a video find. The footage posted below is showing the Porsche 911 GT3’s Launch Control in action and it’s also revealing the sports car’s 0 to 200 km/h sprint.
As a quick reminder, the 2014 Porsche 911 GT3 is powered by a 3.8 liter boxer engine which is good for 475 HP (349 kW) and 438 Nm of torque (324 kb-ft), mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission which is allowing the sports car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.5 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 315 km/h (195 mph). The model is also getting a fixed rear wing, a new rear bumper, extended side skirts, big spoilers, LED headlights, a center mounted dual exhaust system and 20-inch forged alloy wheels, amongst others. Prices for the car will start at 137,303 euros.
