The German based automaker Porsche has recently released a new presentation video for the brand new 911 Targa, which should be enough to make you fall for this resurrected classic.
After it was officially presented to the public just last week, during the 2014 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS), in Detroit, the new Porsche 911 Targa is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a new presentation clip. The video posted below is showing some interesting driving footage with the sports car in question and if you were a fan of the classic Targa, you will definitely love the new one, after you will see it on the road.
Porsche says that the 2015 911 Targa will become available to its future customers in two versions, the 911 Targa 4 and the 911 Targa 4S, with the first one getting a 350 HP (261 kW) six-cylinder 3.4 liter petrol burner under its hood, while the last one will get a 400 HP (298 kW) 3.8 liter six-cylinder engine. The 911 Targa 4 will be able to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in 4.6 seconds and to reach a top speed of 280 km/h (174 mph) while the Targa 4S in 4.2 seconds before reaching a 293 km/h (182 mph) top speed.
Just for the sake of being spot on the record, the 100 anniversary is for the “production line” car wash – an event that gathered 5,600 industry professionals to Chicago for this year’s International Carwash Association convention.
