Porsche has released another video with the impressive 918 Spyder in which the hybrid supercar’s Weissach Package is being detailed.
Porsche has introduced the Weissach Package for the 918 Spyder just a few months ago and now this is ending up in our news once again, this time with the help of a new video. The clip posted below is detailing the Porsche 918 Spyder’s Weissach Package, which is featuring a number of carbon fiber components, like the windscreen frame, roof, side mirrors and rear wing. This is also coming with titanium chassis bolts, with ceramic wheel bearings, a lightweight braking system, 20- or 21-inch forge magnesium wheels and some other tweaks.
Changes made to the cabin of the Porsche 918 Spyder, equipped with the Weissach Package, are actually limited but they do include the Alcantara upholstery, along with the six-point seatbelt harnesses. Power to the model is still being provided by the 4.6 liter V8 unit, backed up by two electric motors, producing a total output of 887 HP (652 kW) and 1,280 Nm (944 lb-ft) of torque. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint takes just 2.6 seconds and from 0 to 300 km/h, it takes just 19.9 seconds.
