The Porsche Macan has been spied once again, this time while being parked on a German road, with almost no camouflage on its body.
The newest crossover in Porsche’s lineup, the Macan, is ending up in our news once again, and after being spied numerous times over these past few months, the model has been caught on camera once again, this time while it was being parked. The German based automaker Porsche is planning to offer the brand new Macan with both petrol and diesel engines, and these will include the 3.6 ltier naturally aspirated V6, with 297 HP or the 2.0 liter four-cylinder unit, with 220 HP.
The Porsche Macan Turbo will use a 3.0 liter twin-turbo V6 engine, which is expected to produce a total output of 370 HP. Diesel lovers will be able to choose between a 2.0 liter TDI engine producing 190 HP and a larger 3.0 liter V6 TDI with 250 HP. A hybrid powertrain is also expected to make its way into the Porsche Macan, which will be probably “borrowed” from the Audi Q5 Hybrid. Rumors are saying that the final production version of the Porsche Macan will be officially presented to the public in September, during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
