The fastest naturally aspirated version of the four-door coupe, the Porsche Panamera GTS, has been recently caught on camera in the real world, in Italy.
After being announced to make its debut at the 2012 Beijing Motor Show next week, the all-new Porsche Panamera GTS is once again placed into the spotlights, this time with the fastest naturally aspirated version of the four-door coupe being caught on camera in the real world, in Italy. The luxurious Porsche Panamera GTS has been officially presented to the public in late 2011, during the Los Angeles Auto Show, and the car manufacturer has described it as the purest expression of a sports sedan in the company’s family.
The Porsche Panamera GTS is powered by an upgraded 4.8 liter V8 engine, the same one used on the Cayenne GTS too, which is developing a total output of 430 horsepower, mated to an eight-speed Tiptronic S automatic transmission. The Porsche Panamera GTS can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds before hitting a top speed of 288 km/h (179 mph). The four-door coupe gets the same suspension like the Cayenne GTS or the 911 GTS, which is lowering the ride height by 10 mm. Standard wheels measure 19 inches and are wrapped in 255/45 tires.
