The German based automaker Porsche has just released the first official video of its new Panamera GTS, after the model has been officially presented at the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show.
Even if the new Panamera model isn’t more attractive than its “brothers”, the vehicle is definitely an important appearance for the German manufacturer and its 430 horsepower packed under the hood will be enough to put some smiles on the faces of its new owners. As we said in the first paragraph, the Porsche Panamera GTS has been officially unveiled during the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show, sharing the same space with the iconic 911 Carrera.
According to the German based automaker, the new Panamera GTS takes its power from a modified 4.8 liter naturally aspirated V8 engine, developing a total output of 430 horsepower, 30 HP more than the Panamera S/4S. The maximum torque figure has also increased from 369 to 384 lb-ft and even if we don’t have some official details about its performance, the model should be more fun to drive.
Like the 911 GTS and the Cayenne GTS, the Panamera GTS comes with a new suspension which is lowered by 10 mm thanks to adjustable air springs and if you’re worried that the extra power will affect the vehicle’s stopping time, you should know that the German engineers have fitted the model with bigger brakes. The Panamera GTS is sitting on 19 inch rims, wrapped in 255/45 tires.
