A new POV video is showing the new generation of the BMW M3 Sedan being driven fast on the Spa Francorchamps.
Automotive journalists from around the world have recently enjoyed the new generation of the BMW M3, along with its M4 Coupe version, on the Spa Francorchamps. Part of the event has been caught on camera and it can be seen in the video posted below. The clip in question is showing the Sakhir Orange BMW M3 from a POV mode while it is being driven by Ron Simmons, from RSR Racing. In front of it, we can see a Mineral White BMW M4 Coupe.
The brand new BMW M3 and the M4 Coupe are both powered by the same engine. We are talking about the 3.0 liter TwinPower Turbo unit, which is coming with six cylinders inline. According to the German based automaker, the engine is producing a total output of 431 HP (317 kW) and it has a peak torque of 550 Nm (406 lb-ft). Power is being sent to the rear wheels through a 7-speed dual clutch transmission. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration is made in 4.1 seconds and top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h (155 mph).
