Citroen has teased once more its upcoming Cactus M concept which is slated for a debut on September 2 while the Peugeot brand has hinted towards the reveal of the Fractal concept during the 2015 IAA in Frankfurt.
Citroen – which has seen its C4 Cactus model transform from a niche offering into a massive success – has delivered yet another teaser image of the Cactus M concept. The prototype is seen by many as delivering a contemporary interpretation to the very successful Mehari model and could serve as the prologue to a hip convertible based on the aforementioned C4 Cactus. The car’s design is still anyone’s guess because the initial teasers actually depicted a surf board and now the new picture still reveals almost nothing. We do see the concept will have a marine-inspired blue exterior complete with yacht inspired wooden rear spoiler. Still, more details should come very quick, with the model tipped for a September 2 official reveal.
Moving on to the new Fractal concept, Peugeot has decided to accompany its first teaser image with a video. Unfortunately, the 5-second footage reveals nothing but the prototype’s name and an audio speaker. We do know the study will be officially introduced to the worldwide public during the 2015 IAA Frankfurt motor show and should complement the recently revealed 308 Racing Cup.
