Land Rover has released a new promotional video with the brand new Range Rover Sport SVR at the 2014th edition of the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
The British based automaker Land Rover is now placing the new Range Rover Sport SVR into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a new promotional video, which has been introduced at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. Originally known as the Range Rover Sport RS, the SVR is the fastest Range Rover ever created and it will be produced by the Special Operations division owned by JLR.
The model in question will get the aggressive body kit along with some tweaks to help it stand out from a crowd. Power is expected to be provided by a 5.0 liter supercharged V8 engine. The unit in question should be producing a total output of 550 HP (405 kW) and 680 Nm (501 lb-ft) of torque, which basically means 40 HP (29 kW) and 55 Nm (40 lb-ft) of torque more than the Range Rover Sport Supercharged. More details on the performance SUV are limited for the moment and will probably be announced over the following months.
