Renault has released the first videos with the brand new Kwid Concept, which has been officially presented to the public during the 2014 New Delhi Auto Expo, in India.
Following its debut on the Indian sub-continent, the new Renault Kwid Concept is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a couple of videos, which have been released by the company. The new Renault Kwid Concept is showcasing the company’s capabilities of creating a crossover in the C-segment and even if no production details have been announced yet, don’t act too surprised if you will see it in dealerships near you, over the following years.
The Renault Kwid Concept has a funky look with a two-tone grey and yellow body, with very short overhangs, increased ride height and large alloy wheels, which make it look like a buggy car, as the carmaker says. The cabin is getting seats suspended over a white solid base and there is the so-called Flying Companion, which is taking off from the rotation portion of the roof. Power is being provided by a 1.2 liter turbocharged gasoline burner, mated to an EDC, which is sending power to the front-wheel drive.
