Renault has released a new promotional video with the Megane RS 265 which is showing the model in some interesting driving footage.
The French based automaker Renault is placing the new Megane RS 265 into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of a new video. The clip posted below is showing the model in action in what seems to be an underground parking lot and, despite its front-wheel drive, the C-segment hot hatch is capable of some stunning turns. The new Renault Megane RS 265 ad will air on TV in several countries across the Old Continent in a shorter version. You can check out the full 57-second video right after the jump.
The Renault Megane RS 265 is based on the regular version of the Megane but it’s getting a sports chassis, a different suspension system, better brakes, an aggressive body kit to help it stand out from a crowd, a sports exhaust system, sports seats in the cabin and several other tweaks. Power to the C-segment hot hatch is provided by a 2.0 liter four-cylinder engine, which is producing a total output of 265 HP. The 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) sprint in the model takes just 6 seconds and top speed stands at 254 km/h (157 mph).
