Renault has released the first ever clip with the brand new Sandero RS, in which its development is being highlighted.
After it has been officially unveiled last week, the newest addition to the Renault range, along with the Duster Oroch, is the Sandero RS range-topping model and it is now starring in its first ever official clip. The vehicle is currently aimed towards the South American market so if you are waiting for it to arrive in Europe, you are going to be disappointed because we couldn’t convince the Renault or Dacia officials of telling us something about it, so chances are it will remain on the South American soil.
The new Renault Sandero RS is coming with an updated exterior design and this includes the LED DRLs, the various decals available for its body, the dual exhaust system, the rear diffuser, tailgate mounted spoiler and the 17-inch black wheels, amongst others. The cabin of the car is getting the unique seats, the red accents on the air vents and steering wheel, the gloss black trim, the silver accents, alloy pedals and several other goodies. The most important part of the new Sandero RS is found under its hood, where the 2.0 liter petrol engine is resting. This is capable of putting down a total output of 145 HP, being connected to a 6-speed manual transmission. The performance hatchback has also received the stiffer suspension system, the ESP with sport settings and the modified steering. No performance details have been announced at this time.
